Tandoori Paste

Adapted from an Ottolenghi recipe, with Kerala tandoori powder doing most of the grunt work.

Put ingredients in food processor and blend until in a fine paste. Adjust ingredients for desired consistency.

  • 1 tbsp tandoori powder
  • 2 tbsp minced ginger
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 5 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
