Served by Tara & Nate at a Lost River weekend in 2017, this was a group favorite.
- The night before, toss the grated pears with the lemon juice to stop them browning and combine with the oats, seeds, and 1 Tbsp chopped walnuts in a large bowl. Add the agave nectar, pear or apple juice, and the milk or water. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate.
- The next morning, stir in a rounded Tbsp of yogurt and the remaining chopped walnuts. Serve and top with extra yogurt, walnut halves, and fresh pear slices.
